Terms and Conditions – Airintsky.com by Interglobal Solutions – Your Gateway to Seamless Travel.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of AirIntSky.com and any travel consultancy, advisory, planning or related services provided through AirIntSky.

By accessing the Website, contacting AirIntSky, requesting services or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

AirIntSky is an independent third-party travel consultancy and advisory service provider. AirIntSky provides travel planning assistance, travel-related consultation, itinerary guidance, travel information and other consultancy services requested by customers.

AirIntSky is not an IATA-accredited agency and does not represent itself as an airline, airline-appointed agent, airline representative, ticketing authority or official representative of any airline, hotel, airport, travel company, tourism authority or other travel brand.

AirIntSky does not directly book or issue airline tickets as part of its ordinary consultancy services. Any flight, hotel, transportation, visa or other travel arrangement obtained by a customer from a third party remains a transaction between the customer and that third party.

2. No Affiliation With Airlines or Third-Party Brands

AirIntSky operates independently and has no ownership, partnership, agency, sponsorship, endorsement, accreditation or other affiliation with any airline, airline group, hotel, airport, travel company or other third-party brand unless expressly stated in writing.

Any airline names, trademarks, logos or brand names that may appear on the Website or in communications are used only for identification, reference or consultancy purposes. Such references must not be interpreted as an endorsement, authorization, partnership or affiliation.

All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Consultancy Fees and Payments

Any amount paid directly to AirIntSky is a payment for the consultancy or other service specifically communicated to the customer.

A consultancy payment should not be interpreted as payment for an airline ticket, airline fare, hotel reservation, visa, transportation service or other third-party travel product unless expressly agreed in writing.

Customers must make payments only through payment instructions or payment links provided or expressly authorized by AirIntSky.

4. Unauthorized Payment Links and Fraud

Customers are responsible for verifying the authenticity of any payment request before making payment.

AirIntSky shall not be responsible for any payment made by a customer to an unauthorized person, account, wallet, QR code, payment link or other recipient that has not been expressly authorized by AirIntSky.

Any payment voluntarily made to an unauthorized third party shall not be considered a payment made to AirIntSky.

AirIntSky shall not be responsible for losses arising from fraudulent emails, WhatsApp messages, social-media accounts, websites, payment links, invoices, QR codes, bank details or other communications created, altered or circulated by unauthorized third parties impersonating AirIntSky.

Customers should verify suspicious payment requests through AirIntSky's official communication channels before making payment.

5. Impersonation and Unauthorized Use

No person is authorized to represent themselves as AirIntSky, its employee, consultant, representative or authorized payment recipient without express authorization.

The unauthorized use of the AirIntSky name, branding, website identity, documents, invoices, payment links or other materials for fraudulent, misleading or unauthorized purposes is prohibited.

AirIntSky reserves the right to report suspected fraud, impersonation, phishing, unauthorized payment collection or misuse of its identity to banks, payment processors, platforms, cybercrime authorities, law-enforcement authorities or other competent authorities.

6. Travel Information and Third-Party Services

Travel fares, schedules, availability, visa requirements, immigration rules, baggage policies and other travel information may change without notice.

AirIntSky provides such information for consultancy and advisory purposes and does not guarantee the availability, price, confirmation, issuance or continuation of any third-party travel product.

Customers remain responsible for verifying final travel requirements, documentation and conditions with the relevant airline, government authority, embassy, hotel, transportation provider or other applicable third party.>

AirIntSky is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, pricing, policies or decisions of independent third-party service providers.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining valid passports, visas, permits, travel documents and other documents required for their intended travel.

AirIntSky shall not be responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a customer or from decisions made by airlines, immigration authorities, embassies, governments or other independent third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AirIntSky shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or other losses arising from unauthorized third-party payment links, impersonation, fraudulent communications, payments made to unauthorized recipients, third-party travel services, changes in fares or schedules, visa or immigration decisions, customer-provided information or circumstances beyond AirIntSky's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict any liability, consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

9. Legal Representation

AMBIENT ALLIANCE PUBLIC & LEGAL SERVICES, located at D-130, LGF, Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi–110017, shall act as the exclusive authorized legal representatives of Airintsky by Interglobal Solutions, in connection with the operation of AirIntSky and its related legal matters, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All legal correspondence, disputes, notices, complaints, claims and proceedings concerning the business should, wherever legally permissible, be handled through or directed to AMBIENT ALLIANCE PUBLIC & LEGAL SERVICES

Nothing in this clause prevents any court, statutory authority, regulator or other legally empowered body from exercising its lawful jurisdiction or requiring a response directly where permitted or required by law.

10. Intellectual Property and Website Use

The AirIntSky name, Website content, graphics, text, design and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, impersonated or used for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

Third-party names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

AirIntSky may collect and process customer information necessary to provide consultancy services, communicate with customers, maintain business records, prevent fraud and comply with applicable law.

Customer information will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and data-protection requirements.

12. Governing Law and General Terms

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to any mandatory statutory rights or jurisdiction available to consumers or authorities, applicable disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities in New Delhi, India.

AirIntSky may update these Terms from time to time. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain effective.

By using AirIntSky.com or making a payment for AirIntSky's services, you acknowledge that AirIntSky provides independent travel consultancy and advisory services and that you are responsible for verifying the authenticity of payment instructions before making any payment.

AirIntSky does not authorize any person to collect money on its behalf through an unauthorized payment link, personal account, wallet, QR code or other payment method.
